Subscription Terms

Paid MotusNEX plans are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscription payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable plan fee to your payment method each billing period.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Each renewal charges the then-current fee for your plan to your payment method on file.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew for the next period. Canceling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current period (see our Refund Policy).

Plan features and pricing may change over time. If we change the price of a plan, we will provide notice before the change applies to your next renewal. Your continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

• Fees are billed in advance for each monthly period.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.
• If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.

A paid subscription gives you access to MotusNEX features and tools. It does not guarantee any particular business outcome, including increased revenue or profit. Reports and AI-powered insights are informational and should be reviewed by the business owner.
