To provide the platform, we collect and store the information you add and the records you create, which may include:

• Business records you enter or import, such as revenue reports, expense records, invoices, routes, customers, and fleet records.
• Uploaded files and documents, such as receipts, carrier and company documents, and maintenance or fuel records.
• Usage information generated as you use the platform, so we can operate and improve the service.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the MotusNEX platform and its features.
• Generate the reports, calculations, and AI-powered business insights you request.
• Process your subscription and payments.
• Communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates.
• Protect the platform and its users and comply with legal obligations.

AI-powered insights are generated to help you understand your business and are informational only. You are responsible for reviewing them before acting.

Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe under its own security and privacy practices; MotusNEX does not store your full card number.

We do not sell your business data. We share information only as needed to run the platform — for example, with service providers who help us operate MotusNEX and process payments — or when required by law. Service providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for limiting access to authorized users. You are also responsible for having permission to upload any carrier or company documents and records you add to the platform.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the platform, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable measures designed to protect your information, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

You may access and update your account information within the platform. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask a privacy question, contact us at privacy@motusnex.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
