Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for MotusNEX subscriptions. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and Subscription Terms.
1. Monthly subscriptions
MotusNEX is billed as a monthly subscription through our payment provider, Stripe. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. When you cancel, you keep access to your plan through the end of the current billing period, and your subscription will not renew for the next period.
3. Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial months and for periods during which the account was not actively used. Canceling stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error, or you experienced a billing problem, contact us and we will review your request in good faith. Any refund or credit that we choose to provide is at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

To cancel, request a refund review, or ask a billing question, contact privacy@motusnex.com. Please include the email address associated with your account and the date of the charge.
